We are proud to build upon our partnership with WELL.  All developments that achieve certification to the 2020 or 2026 Green Communities Criteria will automatically be recognized as certified under Enterprise Green Communities and certified through the International WELL Building Institute. Green Communities & IBHS

The Green Communities Criteria establishes a framework for identifying climate hazards and selecting appropriate resilience strategies. Pursuing the FORTIFIED™ certification under Criterion 3.9, Resilient Site Design: Wind, is one way project teams can translate early hazard identification and planning decisions into a verified construction outcome aligned with Green Communities’ resilience goals.
