Overview
The Enterprise Green Communities Zero-Over-Time (ZOT) Standard offers developers a framework for deep energy retrofits over the course of 20 years or less. The information here is intended for projects who are not necessarily intending to certify to the Green Communities Criteria but are instead interested in reducing their property’s energy use and costs as part of their asset management strategy.
